Terms & Conditions

We Ask of You
We request your name, email address, delivery &/or postal address(es), and best contact phone number at time of enrolment. The onus is on you to keep this information updated. You agree to purchase a minimum of 2 x 6-bottle wine packs per annum, delivered to your nominated address.

You agree to a minimum commitment of one year.

You may contact Karatta up to seven (7) days prior to dispatch of your next shipment to alter your delivery details or to cancel your membership (following the minimum two (2) pack purchase).

Karatta Wines’ Commitment to You
  • Your shipments will be made on or around the third week in May and November.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time without fee after your first year’s membership.
  • Cancellation of your wine shipment forfeits your benefits as a member of the Wine Circle.
  • To minimise shipping costs, we use Australia Post to deliver your wine to your nominated address.
  • Whenever possible, we will send you a courtesy email including wine shipment tracking information.
  • All Wine Circle selections will be charged based on the tasting room price less your 25% discount at the time of dispatch.
  • Karatta reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions. As an existing Wine Circle member, you will be notified via email prior to the next regularly scheduled shipment.


Information that you provide will only be used for the purpose it is collected. Karatta Wines will not sell, send, trade or otherwise disclose the personal information you have provided to anyone outside Karatta Wines.
