Pin Cushion - Brunonia Australis

Native to the woodland and sand dunes of South Australia, the Blue Pincushion is known for its round clusters of small, blue flowers and multiple pin-like stamens.

 Powerful black fruits on the nose complexed by an aromatic crushed violets lift. The majestic palate is intensely flavoured and concentrated with lively cassis characters with plush, but finely structured tannins.
