This vineyard, known for its challenging Malbec terroir, produces small yields and tiny berries, resulting in concentrated and powerful wines.
The winemaking process includes a 10-day skin fermentation with twice-daily oxidative pump-overs, followed by 16 months of maturation in 30% new French oak barrels.
