Fabulous union of two Australian wine stalwarts: Cabernet and Shiraz. Harvested from our 12 Mile Vineyard in a few sweeps of the tractor up adjacent rows, then co-fermented. The Cabernet grapes provide leafy notes, cassis and dried herbs while the Shiraz grapes provide blueberries, blackberries and spice. This early harvest style is fresh and vibrant with a medium body and refreshing acidity. Neutral oak provides structure without overpowering the delicate fruit notes.
