Illustrated by renowned artist Dan Tomkins from Adelaide, the label features the delicate charm of the Hare’s Tail flower, Gramineae, often recognised as the bunny tail flower.

This Pinot Noir, with 30% of the grapes undergoing a 7-day cold soak and 20% kept as whole bunches, is meticulously crafted. The hand-plunged grapes are destemmed and only the finest free-run juice is included in the final blend, maturing in second-fill French oak barrels for 7 months.
