What happens if my card fails?
If your card fails, you won't be charged and we won't dispatch your order. You will need to go into your account via the top menu of this page and update your details.
How to do access my 20% off?
Once you've signed up, ensure you're logged into your account when browsing our website, and your discount is automatically applied to all our products.
When do orders get fulfilled
Orders are fulfilled on the 1st of each month.
When you first subscribe, your initial order is charged immediately. There is a 7-day cutoff before the next recurring order date:
- If you order more than 7 days before the 1st, your initial order is fulfilled as normal, and your first recurring order will be on the upcoming 1st.
- If you order within 7 days of the 1st, your initial order is scheduled for the upcoming 1st, and your first recurring order moves to the 1st of the following month.
For example, an order placed on September 19 is fulfilled initially, with the first recurring order on October 1. An order placed on September 30 is scheduled for October 1, with the first recurring order on November 1.
